I have served as an expert witness in more than 20 U.S. asylum hearings. I provide country condition reports for Colombians affected by armed conflict seeking safety in the United States. While I specialize in cases related to gender and armed conflict, I am also available to serve as an expert witness in hearings for Colombians seeking protection from LGBTQ+ violence. I am have testified in the U.S. court system, and have flexible fees for individuals who are financing their own legal services. I do not provide flexible fee arrangements for large firms.
